About Us

Dr. Joshua Frandsen was born in Brigham City, Utah, and earned his undergraduate degree at Utah State University. He later received his dental degree from Ohio State Dental School. He consistently continues his education, focusing on all aspects of dentistry, including sedation. He wants to make sure he can make all of our patients feel as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Frandsen likes to spend his spare time in the outdoors. He enjoys wakeboarding and skiing. Dr. Frandsen has compiled a great dental team that will work together to give you the quality of service that you deserve. We have a mentality that focuses on the needs of our patients.

With our brand-new dental office in Taylorsville, Horizon Dental is built to provide the best, most comfortable dental care in the Taylorsville, Salt Lake City, and the Murray areas. At Horizon Dental, your comfort is our most important goal. We begin with a comfortable waiting area, serviced by a highly knowledgeable office team. We lead you from there into our exam rooms, where you can relax and watch T.V. while seated in your chair.

While in your chair, Dr. Frandsen will show you your X-rays on a convenient monitor and answer any questions you may have.

At Horizon Dental, you’ll find a visit to your dentist isn’t what it used to be. Technology advancements have made it possible to detect problems earlier, provide better, more comfortable treatment, and reduce pain and anxiety you may have associated with dental care in the past.
